Many of us know that we create our own reality from our thoughts. But, how can we change our thoughts?
It turns out there’s a simple answer. Rather than judging ourselves and/or becoming discouraged at our negative thoughts, simply acknowledge the thoughts and view them as reminders to think more positively.
When viewed this way, our negative thoughts are helping us to get to where we want to go. Tell yourself: “This is how I used to think. Now, I’m choosing to think (replace with your positive thoughts).”
